The Senior Network Administrator is responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of Eventnoire’s internal and cloud-based systems. This includes managing the planning, installation, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of network hardware, software, and data connectivity. The role involves proactively monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions to ensure seamless operations.

Additionally, the Network Administrator will provide technical support to end users, resolve hardware and software issues promptly, and deliver training when needed to ensure a smooth user experience across all systems. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in maintaining the infrastructure that powers Eventnoire’s platform and supporting its continued growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred), or 2-3 years of equivalent work experience.
• Proficient in network and server operating systems, particularly Microsoft Windows platforms.
• Experience with application support, including Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, and SQL, is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of current network hardware, protocols, and industry standards.
• Hands-on experience in hardware troubleshooting and issue resolution.
