Chicago, IL — Eventnoire and Urbane Venture Fund have developed a strategic partnership to provide financial support to diverse event organizers across the United States.
Eventnoire is the premiere event platform for event planners, organizations, and marketers that celebrate and embrace Black culture. There are over 1,500 event organizers using the innovative event platform and ticketing solution. As of October 1, those event organizers will have access to over $250,000 in investment capital from Urbane Venture Fund to help finance their future event needs. Urbane Venture Fund is an entertainment and hospitality micro-investment fund on a mission to support the next generation of diverse event organizers in the United States. The fund is unique in that it makes project-based investments in entrepreneurs with growing and ambitious plans focused on live events, festivals, and more.
“We view this strategic partnership as a value-added benefit to the event curators on our platform and we believe this further differentiates Eventnoire from any other event platform in the world.” says Jeff Osuji, Co-Founder and CEO of Eventnoire.
In addition to financial capital, Urbane Venture Fund has a team of over a dozen advisors and partners that bring over 80 combined years of experience in the industry and contacts. “The goal is to create an ecosystem of support with financial, social, and intellectual capital”, says Mitch Brooks, Managing Partner of Urbane Venture Fund.
The inaugural fund will support projects and run until December 31, 2022. Event organizers can apply for funding to support their next big project by visiting eventnoire.com/funding.
