Tired of the typical Phrat parties, Charles, who is also the Head of Talent Acquisition for PlayVS, hosted the first RNBHouseParty with his fraternity brothers at the Alpha House in Greencastle, Indiana, in 2008. An element of nostalgia was introduced after the event series rebranded in 2016, gifting house party aficionados the R&B experience of a lifetime worldwide— Diddy’s Revolt, AT&T, Wild-N-Out, AfroTech, SoFI, Twitter, and Beats By Dre have all partnered with the brand in its ventures.
